The chain is perfect—delicate without being girly, and it really catches the light beautifully. I’m giving four out of five stars for customer service and shipping because I had to reach out to the seller myself two days after the expected delivery range had ended to let her know that the package was still showing as pre-transit, and at that point she told me that there were some shipping issues. She was very nice and offered to cancel and refund, but I said I could wait. I’m glad I did wait, but I wish the seller had taken the initiative to contact me because if I hadn’t asked, I would have been waiting two weeks past the expected delivery date with no idea where my item was.
