I ordered the letter “S” charm for my granddaughter on a necklace. Received the letter “A”. It took awhile for the artisan to get back with me that she had used the wrong letter and she told me she would ship out the letter “A” in a few days. I said, “NO I don’t need an A. That’s what you sent the first time that was wrong. I need an S.”. She did apologize and said she would ship out the S on Friday. (We are from the same state of Pa.) On Tuesday I hadn’t received it. Contacted her again, and then she shipped the correct letter. Just a big fiasco and way toooo much follow-up needed. The little charm was about the size of a corn kernel. It should have been shipped the next day, in my opinion. It came in an envelope.

Order was not received by USPS for over a week after the shipping label was issued I had to contact seller to get my order picked up and shipped. Waaaaay late for the special 16th birthday gift that was needed. :-(
